Thank you for introducing and teaching me Traditional, Chinese Tai Chi, Qigong ,Yi Jin Jing - body/tendon rejuvenating postures, Shi BaShi – 18 Healing exercises, 8 golden exercises, vibration Qigong exercises, acupressure , five elements meditation exercises
with use of colour to connect with our internal organs, TFT ( taping), Brain Gym (Pace) The Dragon Fan Tai Chi and 36 Form Cheng style that I learning now, I know that went I finished with these new Tai Chi technique my whole body benefic will be great then ever. My expectations were exceeded when I practiced daily - I have achieved good health, happiness, stronger vital energy, a clear mind and cultivating a belief in longevity.
A benefit from these practices through a belief in healing body and mind has brought the following benefits:
Backaches and stiffness in the neck disappeared.
Stiffness in fingers relaxed.
Body posture and weight, strength, flexibility of joints, tendons, muscles, and spinal flexibility improved as my coordination and balance.
I developed a good healthy diet which strengthens my metabolism and increases physical vitality.
My new breathing technique allows me to feel much better, healthy and relaxed.

Regular meditation puts my emotions in balance-

Hi Master Alex, thank you for a wonderful day on Sunday. This was my first workshop and at first the thought of six hours tai chi was a bit daunting but I found that the time passed quickly. We were able to do a greater variety of work in the longer session which proved to be a great learning experience for me. I also enjoyed working with the people from the different areas and the energy generated in the class was invigorating. I look forward to being able to attend another workshop. Cheers Robin Yip
